U.K Shipping

Orders are dispatched between 3-7 working days. Cost ranges between £1-6.30 and is calculated at checkout based on size and weight of your items.

 

International Shipping 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail or parcel force and the price is calculated at checkout depending on the weight and size of your items.

Please note we do not cover any custom charges that may apply. Refunds are subject to circumstances.

 

Pet Bed Information 

All beds are made to order by me:

  • I usually have a few print options available at any given time but beds can be made to suit any style or decor, just send me a message and ask, I'll source options for your specific wants.
  • I keep in stock a limited amount of any one fabric print I keep restocking until I can no longer purchase that fabric, if for any reason I run out of a fabric you have ordered I will message you to see if we can find another choice you like or to give you a full refund your purchase.
  • The standard size is roughly 17in in diameter, they fit most cats and small dogs measuring in 18in(nose to tail) I have a large Pomeranian and she loves to curl up in her bed. I can make larger or smaller beds it is just priced lower or higher based on the cost of the fabric, you can choose your own design by contacting me via the “design your own pet bed”.
  • It is usually a Polycotton fabric and is stuffed with toy grade A stuffing.
  • Beds take on average three weeks (or less) to make, they are then packaged and shipped to your door, please note this does vary depending on how many orders I receive and if you are overseas. You will be updated on any delays though so you can know when to expect your package. You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped.
  • You have one month after your purchase for any repairs (FREE) as they are handmade and pets love to dig in their comfy beds it is totally possible to tear a seam (but unlikely) after the one month there is a small repair fee if you need anything done.
  • I do not recommend machine washing, so please consider this when choosing your fabric as darker fabrics are less likely to show dirt marks. I’d recommend a little soap and a sponge to wipe off any marks that may occur. If you are unsure do not hesitate to contact me, I will assist as much as I can.

UK Customers

For Pet Beds:

they take on average 3 weeks to be made, you will be notified via email when it is shipped and will arrive depending on your location in the uk but usually within 3-5 working days after posting.

For all other items:
Your items usually will be posted to you between 3-5working days after your purchase via Royal Mail.

International Customers

For Pet Beds: 
Pet beds are shipped out the day after they have finished being made (which depends on your order type). The shipping cost is determined by the size of the package and pet beds arrive vacuum sealed.
For Other Items: 
These items are sent out through Royal Mail between 3-7working days after your order is placed.

Return Policy

Please provide your order information, name and as much details about the issue as possible.

I will always do my best to resolve any problems you may have.

  • There is a return policy on your item(s) for up to 14 days after the date you have received them (This is not the policy for pet beds only items purchased from the store). Please be aware that any free gifts you have received with your original purchase will also need to be returned(not including stickers).
  • Your item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of your return being accepted. Postage to return Item(s) must be covered by you and proof of postage provide with a number from the post office.
  • For international customers please write on the customs declaration that you are returning unwanted goods. You are responsible for any custom/import duties that may be charged.
  • Please note once the item(s) you returned are received it can takes from 10-14 workings days for your refund to be processed.

  • All refunds will be issued back to the same account the order was made from. Postage charges for returning the item(s) will not be refunded.

All stock is checked,packed and shipped by me, I take the utmost pride in providing you with the product as advertised and beautifully presented. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to email me. I will always do my best to rectify any issues.
