Refunds are only accepted on items that are faulty or damaged during postage. We do not accept returns because you no longer want an item.(eg because it’s the wrong size or colour)

- There is a return policy on your item(s) for up to 14 days after the date you have received them (This is not the policy for pet beds only items purchased from the store). Please be aware that any free gifts you have received with your original purchase will also need to be returned(not including stickers).
- Your item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of your return being accepted. Postage to return Item(s) must be covered by you and proof of postage provide with a number from the post office.
- For international customers please write on the customs declaration that you are returning unwanted goods. You are responsible for any custom/import duties that may be charged.
- Please note once the item(s) you returned are received it can takes from 10-14 workings days for your refund to be processed.
- All refunds will be issued back to the same account the order was made from. Postage charges for returning the item(s) will not be refunded.
All stock is checked,packed and shipped by me, I take the utmost pride in providing you with the product as advertised and beautifully presented. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to email me. I will always do my best to rectify any issues.
